The church in The Hague began in 1996 in a humble environment of a former car garage. But through the years, with passion for souls and Gods help it has developed into a cutting-edge ministry. Victory Outreach is a multicultural ministry dedicated to helping individuals of all ages, in every life situation.
We believe God has given every person a destiny to fulfill no matter their social, economic, or cultural background. With our contemporary music style, relevant and applicable massages, our ministry touches a brought spectrum of people. We also focus on helping youngsters to understand and develop their relationship with God, parents and others.
Victory Outreach The Hague is affiliated with other Victory Outreach churches under the supervision of Victory Outreach International.

City of the Hague
The Hague is well-known as the ‘International City of Peace and Justice’ with all the international tribunals as well as Eurojust and Europol. However, the often ‘smaller’ NGOs are just as important for the city’s image. The ‘Guide to the Non-Governmental and Other Internationally Oriented Organisations in The Hague’ was presented in February 2008 during a reception in City Hall.
The Hague is the seat of Dutch government, home to many national ministries and the work place and residence of the royal family.
There are a great many international organizations in The Hague, but The Hague itself plays a role in international government as well.
